I currently provide face-to-face counselling sessions in Paignton, Devon, and provide online sessions throughout the UK.
About my work
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the core of effective counselling, so my aim is to offer a warm, understanding, and genuine space where trust can develop.
My approach is primarily person-centred and humanistic, which means I aim to understand your experiences from your perspective and work alongside you at your pace. Alongside this, I have training in Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and may draw on aspects of these approaches where they feel helpful. I can provide long-term or short-term therapy.
I have a particular interest in supporting people exploring identity, different parts of self, sexuality and intimacy, and periods of change or transition. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
Costs and Timings
I currently charge £35 for a 60 minute session. I also provide a free no-obligation 15 minute consultation call.
