About Me

Hi, I’m Abi. I’m a recently-qualified counsellor based in Torbay, Devon. I’ve always enjoyed writing and have a passion for making knowledge accessible and (hopefully!) enjoyable. I’m trained in person-centred counselling but love being integrative, and also have experience working as a coach in the NHS.
